		Weingarten- This was a project that was thought about for many years before I wrote the script and produced it last year. It was a lot of fun working with the actors, each one seemed to identify with their character. Weingarten Rights is a Federal law that allows a union represented employee to have a union official present when they are being investigated for wrong-doing. The basic premise here is that by producing a script and creating a drama that closely follows the original Weingarten case from the '70's an entertaining and educational slide show can be produced. I'll let you be the judge.
